I think I may have a new favorite movie, it's called Howl's Moving Castle and I saw it earlier today. It's made by Studio Ghibli, the same place who made Spirited Away. Only this is much better, it's about this girl named Sophie who is turned into an old lady by the Witch of the Waste and ends up getting a job as a cleaning lady at Howl's Moving Castle. It's hilarious, and romantic. And it's an Anime film, what more could one possibly want? I highly recommend it, so go right now. Grab the nearest newspaper, and check the next showing of Howl's Moving Castle...and then go see it. You wont be dissapointed. There's also a book, if you like the movie, it has the same title Howl's Moving Castle and there is a sequel where Sophie and Howl are married called Castle in the Air (I haven't been able to get my hands on this one yet, I'll have to check Barnes and Noble soon)
In other news: eleven days-until You-Know-What.
Cheers, Dru

| must. go. faster
Greetings from Michigan! And as well a happy 4th of July to everyone, woo hoo to not having funny accents and having to drink the posion called tea. Plus we don't have to pay $6 dollars a gallon for gas, thank god for the founding fathers. Seriously, in England they have to pay $6 dollars per gallon. They purpously raise the price of gas to discourage people from driving, since they don't have the road system that we do. *sticks tounge out at British people in an annoying American way* Take that England, and never forget: we beat you before, and...your prime minister is wrapped around our president's finger-now if that's a good thing or bad thing it's up to you.
Birthday was yesterday, didn't have a party or anything. Granny's in the hospital so we had to cancel the party, so the cake is just sitting on the table just waiting to be eaten. I can't have any sweets though, because I got sick last night (which was completely due to the migrane watching Batman Begins on the IMAX screen, and not to the ammount of candy I ate). So, until Midnight-no cake for me. On the bright side: I got 90 dollars from Grandma, and 50 from my own parents. More than enough to get The X-Files Season 6, and then some. *dances* I can't wait to see Three of a Kind.
No one's been on AIM, at all. I'm going to be on for a while after I post this so...get on-you know who you are. *pokes*

| there's a land that i heard of once in a lullaby
Just submitted insanely long comment to Jen-chan's lj post, due to her extreme depression over her boyfriend, Anthony, leaving for five days to go to Buffalo for the fourth of July. *huggles Jen-chan* Of course, she has a boyfriend, and I don't *sulks*. Which is the main reason why I am depressed, so her reason is way better than mine *sulks again*.
Aw, Jen just said the sweetest thing to in reply to my insanely long post.
I have candy! Mike and Ike, Tangy Twister...makes me want to see Twister-which I haven't. I've ridden the ride, but I have yet to see the movie. The ride is cool, there was real fire! And I know how pathetic I sound. I just saw the cutest episode of the X-Files ever, if an episode of the X-Files could be considered cute. Basically it was Mulder and Scully egging this couple to get together who were in turn egging Mulder and Scully to get together.
*sigh* Where's my Mulder?

| i'm officially in love with 80's movies
I have an obsession with 80's movies, note: The Breakfast Club, The Dead Poet's Society and another movie that I don't know the name of but what I do know is that it is about a boy with a weak heart and I'm not sure but I think it was probabaly made in the 80's. Anyone else love these movies? Except for the last one because I'm pretty sure that no one is going to know what movie I'm talking about. It's sad, because when you compare these movies to some of the ones that are coming out today, note: White Chicks, Be Cool, Johnson Family Vacation, just to name some of the worst, you can see that they are horrible and that the older ones were awesome. *sigh*
Welcome to July everybody! Woohoo, my birthday is on Sunday! *dances* And tommorow we're driving (for ten hours, yay) to Michigan...woo. And in just 15 days, HARRY POTTER *dances*. Once in Michigan I'm going to see War of the Worlds, which got really good reviews. And I'm probabaly going to be dragged, by my brother, to see Batman Begins, and the Fantastic Four.
